The high frequency screen is made up by
exciter,mash distributor ,screen frame ,brack,hanging spring ,and screen mat
etc.
The advantages of high frequency screen is
high efficient ,low frequency ,high separated frequency.it’s different from the
common separting equipment in the basic .because of the high frequency,it
destroys the tension of the mash suface and the high speed vibrating of the
dine material in the screen surface ,speeda the useful mine and separated effect
of the high density .increase the probability of the amaller separate
granularity contacts with the mesh ,and make better condition to make
granularity of the smaller separate granularity ,especially the high ratio and
mash come across the mesh together.
